The short version

Nothing from Google, Meta or LinkedIn loads until you choose. We count visits in a way that uses no cookies. If you say yes to analytics, we also remember where your visit started, so a brief you send can tell us how you found us. You can change your answer at any time.

Who we are

What we collect, and when

Always: anonymous visit counts, no cookie

Our own server counts page views and a few actions (which section was reached, how far a page was read, whether a form was started). It stores the page, the site you came from, language and device type, and a daily identifier made from your IP address and browser. That identifier changes every day, so a visit cannot be followed from one day to the next, and your IP address itself is not stored. It does not run when your browser sends Do Not Track. Counts are deleted after 400 days, and the detailed actions after 120 days.

If you accept Analytics

Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, measures how the site is used. We also keep a small note on your device (a cookie called peka_src and a list of up to 25 page paths in local storage) with where your visit started and which parts of the site you looked at. If you send us a brief, that note is attached to it, so we can see that you came from, say, a LinkedIn post and read two insights before writing. It is not attached to anything else. Both expire after 30 days.

If you accept Marketing

Meta (Pixel and Conversions API), LinkedIn (Insight Tag) and Google Ads help us measure and improve our own advertising. They are off unless you turn them on, and they only receive data after you do.

When you send a brief

The form collects your name, email, WhatsApp or phone number, company, what you need, budget and message. We also keep the page you wrote from and your IP address and browser, to answer you and to keep spam out. It is saved in the website database and emailed to admin@peka.id. We keep it for as long as we need to deal with your request and the conversation that follows, and delete it when you ask us to.

Your choices and rights

Change or withdraw your answer any time with Cookie settings in the footer of every page. Your rights under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP, Law 27 of 2022) include asking to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, and withdrawing a consent you gave. Email admin@peka.id and we will act on it as quickly as we can, and within the time the law requires.

Google, Meta and LinkedIn process data outside Indonesia. We load them only after you agree.
